What exactly happens when I join the waitlist?
You get one confirmation email. That's it. When a spot opens — based on your position in the queue — you'll get an invite with direct access and an optional 30-minute onboarding call with the founding team. No spam, no drip sequences, no sales calls you didn't ask for.
Can I bring my own OpenAI or Anthropic API key?
Yes. Every plan supports BYOC (Bring Your Own Credentials) mode. Connect your own API key and pay AI costs directly to OpenAI or Anthropic at their rates. This gives you full cost control and means your data is never used to train any shared model. Managed mode (we handle the AI) is also available if you'd rather not deal with API keys.
How is HeyAgents different from just using ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are blank slates. They don't know your clients, your tone, your history, or your workflows. Every conversation starts from zero. HeyAgents stores persistent memory across sessions — client context, past decisions, brand preferences — and has agents with defined roles and responsibilities. It's the difference between a temp worker and a trained team member.
Is my business data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (SOC 2 compliant infrastructure) and never use your data to train shared models. In BYOC mode, your data flows directly between your channels and your own API key — HeyAgents is just the orchestration layer. We'll publish a full security whitepaper before general launch.
